Global Partners LP is a limited partnership listed on the NYSE under the symbol GLP. The partnership is engaged in the purchasing, selling, gathering, blending, storage, and transportation logistics of gasoline, gasoline blendstocks, distillates, residual oil, renewable fuels, crude oil, and propane for wholesalers, retailers, and commercial customers. Its operations are organized into three segments: Wholesale, Gasoline Distribution and Station Operations (GDSO), and Commercial. The Wholesale segment supplies heating oil, gasoline, diesel, kerosene, and residual oil and moves products by railcars, barges, trucks, and pipelines. The GDSO segment serves station operators and sub-jobbers, operates convenience stores and prepared food sales, and also provides car wash, lottery, ATM, and station leasing services. The Commercial segment sells and delivers petroleum products and custom blended fuels, including to public sector customers. Founded in 2005, Global Partners LP is based in Waltham, Massachusetts.
