REGI US Inc (RGUS)
REGI U.S., Inc. was a development-stage company focused on the development and construction of an axial vane-type rotary engine technology marketed under the RadMax Engine name. The company said this engine design was intended for use in lightweight, high-efficiency engines, compressors, and pumps. Founded in 1992 and based in Gig Harbor, Washington, the company was formerly known as Sky Technologies, Inc. before changing its name in August 1994. As of December 2, 2016, REGI U.S., Inc. was acquired by REG Technologies Inc. through a reverse merger transaction involving all assets.
