The oil and gas business included non-operated working interests and overriding royalty interests in producing wells, as well as undeveloped leases. Founded in 1921 and headquartered in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, the company later entered liquidation when it filed for Chapter 7 protection in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Western District of Oklahoma on October 12, 2012.
