Helios Technologies, Inc. is a U.S.-listed industrial company whose common stock trades on the NYSE under the symbol HLIO. Through its subsidiaries, the company develops engineered motion control and electronic controls technology solutions across the Americas, Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and the Asia Pacific. Its operations are organized into two segments: Hydraulics and Electronics. The Hydraulics business produces hydraulic motion control and fluid conveyance products such as cartridge valves, manifolds, and quick release couplings, and also provides complete hydraulic system solutions. The Electronics segment designs and manufactures customized control systems, displays, wire harnesses, and software. Helios serves end markets including construction, material handling, agriculture, industrial, mobile, energy, recreational vehicles, marine, aerospace, and health and wellness. Founded in 1970 and headquartered in Sarasota, Florida, the company was previously known as Sun Hydraulics Corporation before adopting its current name in 2019.
