SouthState Bank Corp is the bank holding company for SouthState Bank, National Association, a U.S. banking organization serving individuals and businesses. Through its banking franchise, the company provides deposit products such as checking, savings, money market, and time deposit accounts, alongside a broad lending platform that includes commercial real estate, residential real estate, commercial and industrial, consumer, agriculture, and mortgage-related loans. Its services also extend to treasury management, cash management, card products, funds transfer, wire and ACH processing, remote deposit capture, and other corporate banking functions. In addition, SouthState offers asset and wealth management, trust and fiduciary services, brokerage capabilities, private banking, online and mobile banking, and selected alternative investment products. Founded in 1933 and headquartered in Winter Haven, Florida, the company changed its name from SouthState Corporation to SouthState Bank Corporation in September 2025. The NYSE-listed common stock represents equity in the company.
