Hellenic Exchanges - Athens Stock Exchange S.A. is a Greek capital markets infrastructure provider whose ADR trades on OTC Markets under the ticker HEXE.Y. The company supports the operation of the Greek market through trading, post-trading, listing, data services, IT and digital services, and ancillary activities. Its services include clearing, settlement, registry functions, support for cross-border trades, and assistance with initial public offerings and corporate actions. It also provides market data for cash, bond, and derivatives trading, and operates infrastructure for stocks, bonds, exchange-traded funds, and derivatives, along with a multilateral trading facility for smaller companies. Additional activities include a clearing platform, technology systems for trading and settlement, consulting and other support services. Founded in 1876 and headquartered in Athens, Greece, the company has operated as a subsidiary of Euronext N.V. since November 2025.
