Aehr Test Systems, Inc. is a semiconductor equipment company that develops test and burn-in solutions for semiconductor devices used in applications across mobile devices, computing, memory, processors, microcontrollers, systems-on-a-chip, and photonics. Its products are designed for use at the wafer level, with singulated die, in package form, and in installed systems, and are sold in the United States, Asia, and Europe. The company’s portfolio includes FOX-XP and FOX-NP systems for full-wafer contact and singulated die or module testing, the FOX-CP compact single-wafer test system, the FOX WaferPak Contactor for testing wafers up to 300mm, and the FOX DiePak Carrier and DiePak Loader for singulated bare die and modules. Aehr Test Systems was incorporated in 1977 and is headquartered in Fremont, California.
