The office portfolio covers approximately 4.3 million rentable square feet, while the retail portfolio totals about 2.4 million rentable square feet. The company also owns one mixed-use property that includes roughly 94,000 rentable square feet of retail space and a 369-room all-suite hotel, along with 2,302 multifamily units. Formed in 2011 as the successor to American Assets, Inc., the business draws on decades of experience and longstanding relationships in its core markets.
