The Discovery and Safety Assessment segment offers in vitro and in vivo discovery work, preclinical safety assessment services, and vivarium space. The Manufacturing Solutions segment provides quality control testing, specialized biologics testing, and contract development and manufacturing services. Founded in 1947 and headquartered in Wilmington, Massachusetts, the company also maintains strategic collaborations with Parker Institute for Cancer Immunotherapy, Children’s Hospital Los Angeles, and the Francis Crick Institute.
