(NASDAQ: CVGI) is an industrial company that provides systems, assemblies, and components for vehicle markets and electric vehicle markets across North America, Europe, and the Asia-Pacific region. The company operates through three segments: Global Seating, Global Electrical Systems, and Trim Systems and Components. Its seating business develops and manufactures seats and related parts for applications such as heavy-duty and medium-duty trucks, last-mile delivery vehicles, construction and agricultural equipment, and office seating. The electrical systems segment produces cable and harness assemblies, control boxes, dashboard assemblies, and related engineering solutions for a range of industries, including construction, agriculture, automotive, trucking, mining, rail, marine, power generation, and military and defense. The trim systems and components segment supplies plastic components, vehicle accessories, and molded products for commercial vehicles and other specialty applications. Commercial Vehicle Group was incorporated in 2000 and is headquartered in New Albany, Ohio.
