The company’s services include private client financial planning and securities transactions, brokerage in equities, mutual funds, fixed income products, and insurance, as well as institutional equity and fixed income sales, trading, research, and municipal finance. It also offers mergers and acquisitions advisory, public offerings, private placements, underwriting, and retail and commercial banking services such as lending and deposit accounts. Founded in 1890, Stifel Financial is headquartered in Saint Louis, Missouri.
