Transportadora de Gas del Sur S.A. is an Argentine energy infrastructure company whose ADR is listed on the New York Stock Exchange under the symbol TGS. The underlying business is focused on natural gas transportation and the production and commercialization of natural gas liquids in Argentina and international markets. Its operations are organized into four segments: Natural Gas Transportation Services, Liquids Production and Commercialization, Midstream, and Telecommunications. The transportation segment moves natural gas through pipeline networks to distribution companies, power plants, and industrial users, while also handling operation and maintenance activities for its facilities. The liquids segment produces products such as ethane, liquefied petroleum gas, natural gasoline, propane, and butane, and provides related reception, storage, and dispatch services. The midstream segment includes gas conditioning, treatment, compression, inspection, and pipeline and compressor plant maintenance. The telecommunications segment provides data transmission services through a digital terrestrial radio relay network.
