Clough Global Allocation Fund (NYSE: GLV) is a closed-end investment fund domiciled in the United States. Formerly known as Clough Global Dividend and Income Fund, it is managed by Clough Capital Partners L.P. and was formed on April 27, 2004. The fund allocates capital across global public equity and fixed income markets, with exposure to companies in a range of sectors. Its fixed income sleeve may include corporate and sovereign debt with maturities from 30 days to more than 30 years, while its equity sleeve focuses primarily on small-cap and mid-cap stocks. In non-U.S. markets, the fund typically gains exposure through liquid securities such as depositary receipts. Its investment process combines fundamental, bottom-up analysis with a theme-based approach that considers industry consolidation, technological change, supply shortages, regulation, and broader economic cycles.
