Based in Jupiter, Florida, the company develops products intended to address clinical needs in the United States, Europe, and Asia. Its portfolio includes DuraGraft, a solution used intraoperatively for vascular graft storage and flushing in coronary artery bypass graft surgery, and Krillase, an enzyme product with applications in wound debridement, wound healing, dental care, and thrombosis-related uses. Marizyme is also developing MATLOC 1, a lab-on-chip digital device designed to screen individuals at risk of chronic kidney disease, as well as MAR-FG-001, a technology for fat grafting procedures. The company was incorporated in 2007 and adopted the Marizyme name in 2018 after previously operating as GBS Enterprises Incorporated.
