As of December 28, 2025, the system included 5,969 restaurants in the United States and 1,428 restaurants across 38 foreign countries and U.S. territories. Founded in 1969 and headquartered in Dublin, Ohio, the company was previously known as Wendy’s/Arby’s Group, Inc. before adopting its current name in July 2011.
