Its principal assets are the Upper Kobuk mineral projects in Alaska, including the Arctic deposit, which hosts polymetallic volcanogenic massive sulfide mineralization, and the Bornite deposit, which contains carbonate-hosted copper-cobalt mineralization. Together, these properties cover about 448,217 acres in the Ambler mining district of Northwest Alaska. The company was founded in 2004, later adopted its current name in September 2016, and is headquartered in Vancouver, Canada.
