Xencor, Inc. is a clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company focused on engineered antibodies for cancer and autoimmune diseases. The company’s commercial and partnered portfolio includes Ultomiris for atypical hemolytic uremic syndrome, generalized myasthenia gravis, and neuromyelitis optica spectrum disorder, as well as Monjuvi for relapsed or refractory diffuse large B-cell lymphoma. Its pipeline includes multiple antibody and bispecific programs in clinical development, such as XmAb819 for renal cell carcinoma, XmAb541 for ovarian cancer, XmAb808 targeting a broadly expressed tumor antigen, XmAb942 for Crohn’s disease and ulcerative colitis, Plamotamab for rheumatoid arthritis, XmAb657 for idiopathic inflammatory myopathies, and Xaluritamig for prostate cancer. Additional programs include candidates for gastric, gastroesophageal junction, pancreatic, and B-cell malignancies, as well as treatments being studied for hepatitis Delta, paroxysmal nocturnal hemoglobinuria, HIV, and other autoimmune or inflammatory conditions.
