Acerinox, S.A. ADR is an OTC-listed depositary receipt representing common stock of Acerinox, S.A., a Madrid-based industrial group incorporated in 1970. Through its subsidiaries, the company manufactures and distributes stainless steel and high-performance alloys across Spain, the United States, Africa, Asia, and other international markets. Its activities are organized into Stainless Steel and High-Performance Alloys segments.

The stainless steel business includes flat and long products such as slabs, billets, coils, sheets, plates, wire products, bars, profiles, and related grades including austenitic, ferritic, duplex, and martensitic stainless steels. The alloys segment covers nickel- and cobalt-based alloys, zirconium, special stainless steels, aluminum and copper, powder for 3D printing, and welding consumables. Acerinox’s products are used in transport, industrial equipment, engineering, construction, infrastructure, food-related applications, household goods, and energy and environmental technology.
