Cross Timbers Royalty Trust (CRT)

Cross Timbers Royalty Trust is an express trust listed on the NYSE under the ticker CRT. Rather than operating as a conventional company, it holds royalty and net profits interests in energy-producing properties in Texas, Oklahoma, and New Mexico. Its interests include 90% net profits interests in certain producing and nonproducing royalty and overriding royalty properties, as well as 75% net profits working interests in four properties in Texas and three in Oklahoma. The trust was founded in 1991 and is headquartered in Dallas, Texas.
