Its operations are organized into U.S. Markets and International. In the United States, the company supplies credit reporting, analytics, consulting, identity verification and authentication, debt recovery, onboarding and transaction processing, marketing, fraud and identity management, and customer retention solutions. It also serves consumers with credit reports, scores, credit monitoring, identity protection and resolution, and financial management tools, while helping businesses respond to data breach events. Internationally, TransUnion provides credit reports, analytics, technology solutions, credit bureau services, consumer finance tools, and credit information products for business and insurance-related uses. The company was founded in 1968 and adopted the TransUnion name in 2015.
