Voya Emerging Markets High Dividend Equity Fund (NYSE: IHD) is a closed-end investment fund organized as common stock and listed on the New York Stock Exchange. Managed by Voya Investment Management LLC, with co-management from ING Investment Management Advisors B.V. and Voya Investments, LLC, the fund focuses on public equity markets in emerging market countries worldwide. Its portfolio is centered on dividend-paying companies across a range of sectors, and it may also use derivatives such as call options on selected ETFs and on international, regional, or country equity indices.
