Western Midstream Partners, LP (NYSE: WES) is a limited partnership listed on the New York Stock Exchange and operates as a midstream energy business in the United States. Through its subsidiaries, the partnership provides services related to natural gas and liquids logistics, including gathering, compression, treating, processing, and transportation of natural gas. It also handles condensate, natural gas liquids, crude oil, and produced water through gathering, stabilization, transport, and disposal activities. In addition, the company buys and sells residue, NGLs, and condensates, and offers water handling solutions. Its assets are located in Texas, New Mexico, and the Rocky Mountains. The partnership was incorporated in 2007, is based in The Woodlands, Texas, and adopted its current name in February 2019 after previously operating as Western Gas Equity Partners, LP.
