Daybreak Oil and Gas, Inc. is a United States-based energy company focused on the exploration, development, and production of crude oil and natural gas. Through its common stock listed on OTC Markets under the symbol DBRM, the company has interests in two California projects: a 42.5% stake in the East Slopes project in the southeastern San Joaquin Basin near Bakersfield, and a 45.3% stake in the Reabold project in Monterey and Contra Costa counties. The company was originally incorporated in 1955 and adopted its current name in October 2005. Daybreak Oil and Gas is headquartered in Friendswood, Texas.
