Immatics N.V. is a clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company focused on developing T cell redirecting immunotherapies for cancer. The company’s research efforts center on solid tumors and are organized around two main approaches: adoptive cell therapies (ACT) and antibody-like TCR bispecifics. Its pipeline includes Anzu-cel (IMA203), a PRAME-targeted cell therapy in Phase 2, as well as IMA203CD8 and IMA204, both in Phase 1 studies. Immatics is also evaluating Anzu-cel in combination with Moderna’s mRNA-4203 enhancer in a Phase 1 trial. In its TCR bispecific program, the company is advancing IMA401 and IMA402, both in Phase 1a development. Immatics has collaboration agreements with MD Anderson Cancer Center, Celgene Corporation, and Genmab A/S to support the development of multiple T cell- and TCR-based therapies. The company is headquartered in Tübingen, Germany, and its common stock is listed on NASDAQ under the ticker IMTX.
