CBB Bancorp, Inc. is a financial holding company for Commonwealth Business Bank, a U.S. commercial bank serving individuals and small to midsize businesses. Through its banking operations, the company provides deposit products such as checking, savings, money market, and certificates of deposit, along with a range of lending solutions. These include SBA lending, business lines of credit, term loans, commercial property and construction loans, as well as commercial real estate, residential mortgage, consumer, and other lending activities. The bank also offers treasury management services, online and mobile banking, credit cards, and trade finance services such as letters of credit and documentary collections. CBB Bancorp operates branches in Southern California, Dallas, and Honolulu, and maintains loan production offices in Georgia and Washington. The company was founded in 2005 and is headquartered in Los Angeles, California.
