Its operations are organized into four segments: Merchant Services, B2B Payments, Data Solutions, and Print. Deluxe’s offerings include card authorization and payment processing, treasury management tools such as remittance and lockbox processing, remote deposit capture, cash application, and payment acceptance, along with fraud and security services. It also supplies data, analytics, and marketing services, financial institution profitability reporting, business incorporation services, printed checks and business essentials, and branded promotional, print, apparel, and digital storefront solutions. Founded in 1915 and headquartered in Minneapolis, Minnesota, the company was formerly known as Deluxe Check Printers, Incorporated and adopted its current name in 1988.
