Triumph Financial, Inc. is a U.S.-based financial holding company listed on the NYSE under the ticker TFIN. Through its banking and related businesses, the company provides deposit products, a range of commercial and consumer loan products, and services that include electronic banking, debit cards, mortgage warehouse facilities, insurance brokerage, and transportation factoring. It also serves the over-the-road trucking industry with payment, audit, and other banking services, along with the LoadPay digital bank account for carriers and service and performance scoring and benchmarking tools. Founded in 2003 and headquartered in Dallas, Texas, the company was previously known as Triumph Bancorp, Inc. before adopting its current name in December 2022.
