PCB Bancorp is a bank holding company for PCB Bank, a financial institution serving small and middle market businesses as well as individual customers in the United States. Through its banking operations, the company provides deposit products such as demand, savings, money market, time deposit, and certificates of deposit accounts, along with cash management and treasury-related services. Its lending activities include real estate financing for commercial, residential, multifamily, construction, and business property needs, as well as SBA loans, commercial and industrial credit, consumer loans, automobile loans, and unsecured lines of credit. PCB Bank also offers digital and branch-based banking capabilities, including online and mobile banking, remote deposit capture, bill payment, debit and credit card services, wire transfers, ACH services, and other customer payment and account management tools. The company was founded in 2003, is headquartered in Los Angeles, California, and was previously known as Pacific City Financial Corporation before adopting the PCB Bancorp name in July 2019.
