Bladex Inc. is a Panama-based multinational bank focused on financing foreign trade and supporting economic integration across Latin America and the Caribbean. Listed on the NYSE as common stock, the company conducts its business through Commercial and Treasury segments and serves financial institutions, corporations, sovereigns, and state-owned entities. Its activities include accepting deposits, arranging bilateral short- and medium-term loans, structured and syndicated credit facilities, loan commitments, trade finance, and financial guarantees such as letters of credit and related obligations. Bladex also participates in co-financing, underwriting of syndicated credits, structured trade financing, factoring, vendor financing, and financial leasing. In addition, it manages a portfolio of securities accounted for at fair value through other comprehensive income and amortized cost. Founded in 1975, the company was previously known as Banco Latinoamericano de Comercio Exterior, S. A. and adopted the Bladex Inc. name in June 2026.
